just a quick questions -

is there a way to

add teleporter npcs in major cities

change drop rate globally or in instances

strengthen or weaken instance mobs / bosses

1 - yes, just register the npc with startup_qm.py. You will find 2 teleporter scripts in \qm\ folder

2 - yes, lower change in world loot a lot, or even empty it

3 - yes, check creatures_class.py, # ELITE CUSTOMALISATION
