which tables can be empty on start

`trainers` and and any creature or item-related tables can, not sure about the others... I'll have to muck about with that later.

so as it seems i can execute this sql before each server start...

delete from char_state;
delete from char_auras;
delete from corpses;

unless character is deleted and corpse left

one q why should you empty tables?

char state is needed soem time
not necesary but if u see player missing from online list then u need to clear it
it hapens some times not sure why
char auras is safely to clean on every restart
