I have the problem... I can't create some tables.

a. What DB are you trying to import?
b. Use Navicat or SQLyog

and db where you are importing exists?

simple the DB isn't there
you must have wrong adres or no db at all

Before you can insert data into the database, you first have to create a database (use NaviCat f.e.)
