Some DRUID talents that don't work (you correct me if I'm wrong):

BALANCE:
+Natural Weapons (doesn't increase damage)
+Natural Shapeshifter (doesn't reduce mana cost)
+Improved Thorns (doesn't increase damage)
+Omen of Clarity (Clearcasting state doesn't reduce the cost)
+Nature's Grace (activates only once per login but doesn't reduce casting time)
+Moonglow (doesn't reduce the mana cost)
+Moonfury (damage isn't increased, not sure)

FERAL:
+ heart of the wild (doesn't increase intellect and stamina, gives strength in any form, increases agility but it shouldn't)
+ feral aggression (doesn't work)
+ blood frenzy (adds combo point on any attack and in any form)

RESTORATION:
+Improved Mark of the Wild (don't get any bonus)
+Improved Enrage (doesn't give you instant rage)
+Furor (doesn't give you energy or rage)
+Reflection (not sure about this one)
+ improved rejuvenation (doesn't work)
+ gift of nature (doesn't work)
+ improved tranquility (doesn't work)
+ improved regrowth (doesn't work)
+ tranquil spirit (doesn't work)

I posted this on emupedia as well, so don't have to read twice if you checked other one.

Mage:

Frostbite: Does not freeze in place. Please fix, this is completely essential to ice mage.
Cold Snap: Broke.
Shatter: Can't test cause can't freeze.
Winter's Chill: No application.
Arcane Concentration: Clearcasting appears and disappears but you still get charged for the spell.
Arcane Resilience: No armor bonus.
Conjure Mana XXX: No mana from item.
Master of Elements: No refund.
Improved Scorch: Seems to only stack 1x, but can't be sure.
Blast Wave: Does not daze.
Combustion: Doesn't work, or maybe it works but charges aren't being used.
Cannibalize: No eat/regen.

blackout from Shadow Tree @ Priest bugs and i'm not sure which wasy i think it procs when it should not (it was either on each tick of Shadow Word:Pain or on each melee attack <WTF!?> )

+ ruthlessness - have 60% chance to add combo pt when using finishing moves but it also gives adit cp to normal skills ;p
+ dual wield specialization - doesnt incrases off hand weapon dmg
+ improved sprint - doesnt remove imparing movement efects
+ relentless strikes - doesnt work
+ with improved sinister strike - ss takes 40 energy but requires 45 :s
+ imp eviscerate - doesnt work
+ initiative - doesnt work
+ improved sap - doesnt work and if u spend talents at it every time when u start atack it turns it off after 1 hit
+ dirty deeds - have that same problem like siniser strike requires 60 energy takes 40 for cheap shot
+ deadliness - doesnt work
+ dagger specialization and fist weapon spec - incrases crit chance for any weapon, maces and sword spec dont work
+ aggression - doesnt work
+ opportunity - doesnt work


i think u should make subforum for every class priest rogue etc

Rogue Combat>Endurance doesn’t work for Evade or Sprint
Rogue Stealth> Preperation not working

    Improved Heroic Strike-Reduces the cost of your Heroic Strike ability.
    Well, once i put 3 points into this talent, the info of the skill change client side, yet i can still not use it until i have 15 rage, and once i use it, i only lose 2 rage
    Improved Thunder Clap- Reduces the cost of your Thunder Clap ability and increases the damage and slowing effect.
    Well once i put 3 points into this talent, almost the same as the first, but the rage taken is correct, but the server does not reconise that 4 less rage is needed to use this skill
    Tactical MasteryYou retain additional rage points when you change stances.
    Doesn't work Simple as that
    Improved ChargeIncreases the amount of rage generated by your Charge ability.
    Should increase rage generated by 6, does not work
    Deep Wounds Your critical strikes cause the opponent to bleed, dealing damage over 12 sec.
    Does not work
    Improved HamstringGives your Hamstring ability a chance to immobilize the target for 5 sec.
    Seems to stun when using any skill, not only hamstring
    Mortal Strike A vicious strike that deals weapon damage plus X and wounds the target, reducing the effectiveness of any healing by 50% for 10 sec.
    To be honest i don't know if anything is wrong with this skill, just seems way overpowered, dmg ranges from 15 all the way to 2500, without crit
    Weapon Specialization ALL of them
    should only apply to a specific type of weapon, but applies to all
    Other trees will come soon

hate to double post, but this is just to know that there is more info

Fury tree
    Blood Craze - Regenerates part of your total Health over 6 sec after being the victim of a critical strike.
    Seems to only work on the first time you get ht, not after crits
    Dual Wield Specialization- Increases the damage done by your offhand weapon.
    well it doesn't, simple as that
    Enrage- Gives you a melee damage bonus for 12 sec up to a maximum of 12 swings after being the victim of a critical strike.
    Same as blood craze
    Flurry- Increases your attack speed for your next 3 swings after dealing a critical strike.
    same as blood craze
    Improved Berserker Rage- The Berserker Rage ability will generate rage when used.
    Does not generate the extra 10 rage it should
    Unbridled Wrath- Gives you a chance to generate an additional Rage point when you deal melee damage with a weapon.
    Unsure if its this talent, but for every time i hit a target i get about 7-10rage, within a 5 second battle i have 50 rage already, 8 seconds 100 rage


only 1 tree left, il get to it soon, then post spell/other bugs

PS. Diss i want my items 23043, 22416-22423 for doing all this work Wink lol

Arcane Talents
Wand SpecializationIncreases your damage with Wands by 13/25%
-No increase of damage
Magic Absorption -When you resist a spell, you regain 1/2/3/4/5% of your max. mana and increases all resistances by 2/4/6/8/10
-Does not regain mana
Arcane ConcentrationGives you a 2/4/6/8/10% chance of entering a Clearcasting state after any damage spell hits a target. The Clearcasting state reduces the mana cost of your next damage spell by 100%
-Clearcasting does not reduce 100% mana
Arcane ResilienceIncreases your armor by an amount equal to 50% of your Intellect.
-Does not work.
Arcane Power -Instant/3min. cooldown - When activated, your spells deal 30% more damage while costing 30% more mana to cast. This effect lasts 15 sec.
-Does not work.
Fire Talents
Improved Scorch -Your Scorch spells have a 33/66/100% chance to cause your target to be vulnerable to Fire damage. This vulnerability increase the Fire damage dealt to your target by 3% and lasts 30 sec. Stacks up to 5 times.
-Does not stack or stacks up only 1 time.
Master of Elements -Your Fire and Frost spell criticals will refund 10/20/30% of their base mana cost.
-No refund of mana. To the point, it doesn’t work.
Combustion -Instant/3 min cooldown -When activated, this spell causes each Fire damage spell you cast to increase your critical strike chance with Fire damage spells by 10%. This effect lasts until you have caused 3 critical strikes with Fire spells.
Frost Talents
Frost Warding -Increases the armor and resistances given by your Frost Armor and Ice Armor spells by 15/30%. In addition, gives your Frost Ward a 10% chance to reflect Frost spells and effects while active.
-Does not work. Though when applying the points and check Ice armor description, it will say the correct value of the discription but the value (The increase bonus) does not work.
Cold Snap -Instant/10 min cooldown - When activated, this spell finishes the cooldown on all your Frost spells.
Doesn’t work when activated.

Protection
    Last Stand - When activated, this ability temporarily grants you 30% of your maximum hit points for 20 seconds. After the effect expires, the hit points are lost (Active).
    Currently this skill heals you for 30% hp, not increasing it
    Improved Revenge - Gives your Revenge ability a chance to stun the target for 3 sec.
    Auto casts while normally attacking
    Improved Shield Block-Allows your Shield Block ability to block an additional attack and increases the duration by 1 second.
    Works fine, but i can put up too 3 talent points into this talent, while it should only be 1
    Improved Sunder Armor -Reduces the cost of your Sunder Armor ability.
    Server doesn't reconise that 3 less rage is used for the skill
    Improved Sunder Armor -Reduces the cost of your Sunder Armor ability.


and thats the talents i know are bugged, there are others which i cannot test because, well either the spell doesn't work, or threat is messed
